He wasn't necessarily saying Lebron's staying in Cleveland...he was saying he WASN'T going to NY. because (AT THE TIME) their roster was no better than Cleveland's so he MIGHT AS WELL STAY IN CLEVELAND..which is a lot different than saying he's STAYING IN CLEVELAND...also, this was on July 20, 2009 and God knows when it actually aired..but even if it aired the same day this was back before NY had the cap space to bring in Lebron plus one or two other stars. but he didn't go 2 NY so CC WAS right
