You're wrong in so many ways 1. The compression on the new 5.0 limits the gains you can get from a supercharger. 2. It's not 400lbs heavier. 3. It's not 20,000 dollars more. 4. For a 125.00 pulley that Shelby would have more than 600 hp. 5. The Shelby beats the new 5.0 in every way but it's in the ford family so, pit one mustang against the other. Dope

Put a blower on a new 5.0 and you'll spank the GT500 for 20k less.GT500 weighs 400lbs more than 5.0, so blown 5.0 would eat it alive. Shelby would have to make 600rwhp to beat blown 5.0.
