It's easy to take the Bible for granted and overlook it's age and it's history because it's everywhere but there's no other ancient texts that can match it when it comes to describing the times that we're now coming into. It's got to be worth some study at least if your interested in ancient prophecy,, but it's suprising how much it gets left on the shelf.

@Rob187ok Actually, there used to be lots of ancient texts, all over the planet, telling the true account of early man, but then religion, in the form of the spanish inquisition (the catholics) went around the world burning everything and killing everyone from babies to adults if they did not believe in this new god. What they didnt destroy ended up in the vatican libraries, passed down through the Jesuits. History rewritten in the eyes of the victors.

@mattrix2007,, I agree to some extent , but that doesn't alter the fact that the Catholics didn't write the Scriptures that make up the Holy Bible, The Dead Sea Scroles alone are proof enough of that,, and then there are other writings which confirm the life and death of Jesus Christ. O,T, prophecy backs up N.T. prophecy and prophecy concerning Jesus Christ and the end times. The Catholics killed millions of Christians and did everything they could to keep the people from reading the Bible. Why?

And yes the bible truly is incredible, although i've never read all of it, or even most of it for that matter.
