  • Awesome

  • the ford escape has a touchscreen...

  • It's not a very pretty vehicle. Lets go back to the 1998 Honda CRV. Oh yeah!

Btw, CRV stands for " Combat Recovery Vehicle " LOL!

  • @dms5805 HAHA! I agree with you too.

  • I just got minor

  • very laggy when i watch this :(

  • Aaa

  • @knack0125 a little handle that can fold a seat is really handy and better than having to get all worked up to fold a dang seat. Think of the convenience of that 4 a mother with a little kid buying a bike... With a situation lik that its way more easy

  • Uhh, as always Honda continues to make the weirdest shaped vehicles that look so basic.

  • They all make a big deal about having a latch to fold down seats from the ear of the car.... have we gotten that lazy to walk the extra 3 ft and fold them down from the side door.... next we'll have cars the pull up to you at the storre ON THEIR OWN so we don't have to walk in the parking lot. -_-

  • BEAUTIFUL car, but the 2ND GEN crv, is the best looking one of all !!

  • @ianpu2fan1 I agree! I purchase my 2002 cvr brand new, and at 10 yrs old (with a little up grading) there are people with the third gen, checking out mines.

  • Im not that impressed, Honda makes great reliable cars but lack that cool upscale factor

  • WHERE IS THE V6 HONDA? V6 and PLEASE no turbo its whiny and takes high test gas. I had an RDX and traded in for a Pilot. That V6 in CRV will put the CRV in the top of its class. A six speed Automatic HONDA!! WHERE is the Six Speed Transmission? either in a Four or 6 cylinder would make better fuel economy and a really great drive for both models! Glad to know there will be a DVD in the back.

  • Honda is so out of touch. Eventually Honda's lowered sales won't be due to manufacturing woes in Japan or the tight economy, it'll be because of lack of design, lack of a reliability gap between its competition, lack innovation and lack of comparables (ei. V8 engines; real SUVS; real luxury brand with multiple class leading vehicles; etc.) Honda is becoming laughable. With the exception of the Accord, Odyssey, TL and possibly MDX who would buy anything else.

  • CR-V is a good cross over for sure... but boy do cars.com glorify Honda like there is no tomorrow.

  • Hmm.. It sort of, kind of looks like the 2011 model year. Very conservative indeed! I was waiting for this model to come out but I couldn't wait any longer. So I ended up buying a AWD V6 Venza. Yeah!

  • @MrStarman1978 lol @ venza LOL hahahaha , gay mans car

  • I like my 2001 CR-V SE better! It handles well, and despite having a Cassette Tape Player and CD player, the gauges look more sportier than the newer ones. It also held up well for ten years.

  • why we still have to put the key, push and turn?

  • i hate the rear view, oh god, but who cares? i am gonna get one too..

  • You are kidding me right? Same 2.4 litre with 5 speed auto, that is seriously a joke. Basic entry BMW 1 series is getting 8 speed auto and Honda is being primitive staying with 5 speed.

I could be wrong but the new CRV doesn't look very Japanese (design wise) and one could be mistakenly thinking that it was designed by the americans, or is it?

Well, I know I will be getting the Mazda CX-5 when it is out. 2.2 litre turbocharged diesel with well over 400 Nm.

    Goodbye Honda!

  • those rear seat are nifty the way they fold!

  • ugly rearend. the best CR-V's were the last gen 2007-2011 and the first gen 1997-2002.

  • whats up with honda and it's 5 speed? they have been using the 5 speed since the 16th century. come on honda!

  • I personally love this new gen. CR-V, its a cross over what did you expect. Most other manufactures in this car segment have worse designs too. Everyone is going to hate. but this will be a top seller. Plan to purchase one in the future for sure, Honda knows how to make a luxurious cabin interior compared to competitors, and this CR-V is very sporty looking. I love the Deep red/maroon color.

  • @itzmando yayaay agreed

  • @BlackOpsAFG Right, I personally like most of Honda's designs, most are from CA, so I'm a bit biased since I live here. If not this CR-V, I'll wait for the 2013 Acura MDX.

  • Honda Definately needs to hire a designer, a well known, and make a "NEW Honda Design Language", it seems like Honda needs a direction on what to do, and they just did whateva.

  • God that is the ugliest car I've ever seen.

  • Anyone noticed that they copied Volvo?

  • And I thought the CR-V couldn't get any uglier !!! but I was wrong.

  • I wouldn't buy this but still better than buying over-rated American cars.

  • Nowhere is there more of an opposing disconnect between engineering and aesthetics than with the Honda Motor Corp... Nowhere!

  • *Looks at the face*

    Hmm.. Pretty good job Honda

    *Looks at the side profile*

    Eh...?

    *Looks at the butt*

    Ewww no...

  • This guy sounds like the guy who does Consumer Reports auto reviews.

  • ugly but it will sell a lot for sure.

  • this guy talks so lazily. i can't even understand half of what he's saying.

  • ugly..

  • this shit looks like a wannabe Aztek/Rendezvous and XC60 in the back

  • It sorta looks like the Kia Borrego, and I think that the Borrego is still one of the best crossovers/SUV out there.

  • i want thiss

  • This is outrageous ugly. :-(. Awwww Honda better luck next time.

  • Looks too much like an Aztek from the side/ back. yuck.

  • 1:20 What the hell are they doing with that odyssey

  • At least it doesn't look as bad as other new Hondas.

  • Love this crossover

  • I might bought this one for my wife.

  • Japanese car become more ugly and American and Korea become better looking. Why honda the limited the engine choice. Like Toyota corolla, they limit xrs model, and 1.8 suck.

  • The front looks like the kia suv.... the small one... lol

  • that entertainment section on the dash looks horribly cheap just like the new civic

  • Looks like a Volvo from the back, but I like it better then the last one

  • that...looks...ugly...

  • What's up with the rear design?

  • @102ashrafc I agree they screwed up on the rear especially the lights

  • looks like a van

  • Still ugly...

  • CR-V started out as a recreational vehicle... now everyone is a crossover.

  • this guy sounds soooo sarcastic

  • Still no V6??? And by the way, the car looks terrible, inside-out, great job ruining it again Honda...

  • It's a nice looking car! Just can't wait till they re- redesign the Civic for 2013 and the Accord! :D

  • @SeadGBosnia

they just redesigned the civic for 2012... i doubt it'll see any changes for 2013

  • @Artyfil No Honda has reported some updates on the interior quality and some exterior, time will only tell if they do what they say.

  • @SeadGBosnia the 2012 is on the column on the right.

  • Finally one new Honda model that i'm not forced to disagree with.

  • It looks like a poor man's Volvo XC60.

  • @ConnorLindfors those aren't even that fancy...

  • @ConnorLindfors hey volvo is chinese company now

  • @ConnorLindfors it drives like one too.

  • Looks Volvo like tail lamps, could have been a better design

  • I love the eject-a-kid rear seat. Just make sure you open the moon roof first!

  • Great seat demonstration. Nobody else has shown it.

  • 1:47 -cool!

  • follow @doncreation

  • ok
