They should have used the money to fix Tiger Stadium rather than build Comerica. Its a shame to see it the way it is now but atleast they left something -I guess.
Looks like RL and MS look back at the rubble of this once-great place and shake their heads. RIP to one my faves...my Dad first took me there in 1959. And we went to one of the last games in 1999.
Great job guys! Loved the video and always enjoy your music. I have been a loyal fan for over 20 years since the days of playing at Fazzalari's. Jennifer Barthel
AWESOME vid and tune. Swear I saw a crackhead trying to steal a seat in the background, hahahahaha. Seriously, I love the song too. Are they auctioning off anything like seats, bricks, etc...????
5 Star. What a terrific tribute to Tiger Stadium. I may not be able to set in the bleachers and watch a game at Tiger Stadium, but The Shy's tribute allows me to recall good times. Way to go guys!
THANK YOU TO The Shy!! What a great tribute to a place that has provided awesome memories for ballgame lovers and Detroit natives alike! ~ Amy & Mike Migliara
is this the shy band from back in the day ? they used to be downtown utica? and park their truck by ford 11 high?im local and new some peeps hit me up,,,doz.ron
If we can't save the Stadium. Detroit should try and preserve the field and dugouts & let only little league teams play their games there , Milwaukee Brewers did this to their old stadium and it's booked solid all season. What young ballplayer wouldn't want to play on that ol'field and ALL it's memories.
To bad Ernie Harwell lived just long enough to see this moment. I know it was inevitable but still...damn them, damn them to hell!
