You need to make a V12 with a properly designed crankshaft to eliminate the vibrations this V8 has. Or just a simpler straight 6 layout with a 120° crankshaft. I bet you know what I am on about! :)
@nicjasno Fuck off you dumbfuck, No Lego Engine is worth 400 dollars. Maybe if it was a full size V8 lego reconstruction and idled at 2000 RPM with a max RPM of 6000 I MIGHT consider buying one but until then you need to close down that rip off of a site you no good sorry worthless motherfucker
@14omega28ok Stop trolling and build/design it, and we'll see. You obviously have no idea how much work goes into making these and how much the pieces cost.
@nicjasno There is scale model gasoline model V8's cheaper then that you dumbfuck, What did it cost you to build? 100 bucks at most? Can't tell me its over that. The pieces don't cost very much at all, maybe 10 bucks a piece at most? Why would I want to invest 400 dollars in a plastic piece of shit Pneumatic V8 lego engine that will break in a few days of use?
@14omega28ok If you don't want it, you don't have to buy it. Its as simple as that. He's not making you buy it so quit your stupid bitching. When you buy a video game, the cd is worth maybe 10 cents? You pay the 60 or something dollars because of the time, work and effort (in addition to licences and all that crap) that went into it. And then you go on to call him worthless. At least he has the intelligence to make this. Go buy the legos for yourself and build it for cheaper if you can assfuck.
Hey, you think some silicone shock oil for rc cars will work fine? Second, you got any tips on calculating the rpms? I can't tell how fast mine is but it must be quick if it skips along the floor..
@p38lightning7 All haardware stores should carry silicon based lubricants in a spray can (preferably with a longer nozzle attachment, to get into all the tight spaces). I use cyclo products.
@nicjasno ehh, use it on a couple pieces of discete blocks first, if it does not appear to introduce corrosion in the plastic then proceed to coat whatever you intend to coat
@nicjasno While silicone spray lubricant is generally stable against polymers, I've had the misfortune to come across one marked as such but it eats away at plastic like the way epoxy does over the span of about a year. I didn't want you to suffer like me by spraying it in your engine build and then ruining it, so I decided to post a remark of caution.
i think its sad, when kids look upon these things and then just expect them to be in stores or a website, you have to build it your self or read a detailed description buds.
