I live in room 401 actually. they made the 4th floor into apartments... and I can honestly say (though, sadly) that I haven't yet experienced anything out of the ordinary except for my toiletries falling off the back of my toilet. and i'm suresure just by saying that, its bound to jinx me, haha. now room 409 is a different story....
i was in room 401 and caught some of the same things you did..i also caught a picture of the little girl and the lady in the wedding dress all in the same pic!
