The only car that can hold the pace with Ryo's car is the Nissan 350Z.

Oh and the only thing i find siturbing is that you keep smashing the front against the first Apex, other than that you drift pretty well.

I'm curious if you can do style drifts not points.

u can not get it back once u sold it ,just buy another Rx7 but u won't get the awesome visual (i mean unique tatoos) and his Rx7 is tuned up very well for drift that even I can't do it.

@GT4master09 yes u can get it back , put the code on the carrer menu ''Unlockallthings'' then go to the race before the drift king combat , save and turn off the sistem, then open the game go again to carrer , continue and win the races before the drift king and then u will ba able to compete again with him ;) hope it works for ya

@booster0001 i have my rx7 tuned to his exactly, its simple, just take his car and take it to a track and do a practice run, then press start and go to "tune car" then it will so you everything you want to know, everything in his car is a level 4 besides the tires and brakes, they are stock. ride height all the way low. there you go

I beat him with an RX-7 (not the drift king's) but with like 617 BHP. another outstanding drift car is the Corolla GT-S AE86. Even with just 112 BHP, some have used it to beat Aki Kamura. There are vids of it up so just search it

Nice. I defeated the Grip King with my Skyline. For the first race I went the wrong direction and hit him head on. He totaled his car I had heavy damage. For the second race I bumped him into a barrier and he totaled his car that way. The third race I beat him straight up.

pressure rear tires as high as possible

underbody as hard as possible

handbreak pressure as low as possible

assignment of the breaks more to the front

gear transmission gear one,two,three shorter

...try that one! if that wont help try an easier game :/ by the way theres no need to use the rx 7 to beat ryo in drift
