Zune sucks. I bought a 16 GB Zune but Microsoft made it so I can only use 11 GB of it and the rest has to be for purchased content. Fucking Dicks. I really hate that company. I really suggest that no one buys one or their shitty phones. Ever!!!
Hey my zune HD will turn of by its self and will say its low battery wen it was full before it happened then sometimes wen it turns off it will never turn on again till the next morning or mabey even 2 days. DO you know wats wrong with it???
zune is better than itouch in terms of quality, music, radio, screen, browsing etc. basically everything except apps. but to be honest...itouch apps get old after a while

@DickKnowsBest This is wrong, zune has slower internet speed with no flash player. When you use the internet for a long time with zune, it gets really hot. Ipod touch has none of this problem

Using the fruits, you could say the purpose would be getting vitamin C, you would obviously pick the orange, they have much more vitamin C in them than any apple. But I agree its all opinion, and for me, the zune is better for purely music and video. And fruit/mp3 comparison aside, I would eat an apple over an orange any day, I like the taste of apples better.

I love my zune hd 16Gb. Since all I care about is the music and sometimes videos I use my zune hd's sexy quality for my ears to listen to. Can't wait for HD2 to come out.

Man, I am a big fan of Zune, but I hate the idea of carrying a phone and a separate device. It is a dealbreaker. Microsoft really should have tried to adapt the Zune HD to be phone capable. That would be awesome.

Man, I am a big fan of Zune, but I hate the idea of carrying a phone and a separate device. It is a dealbreaker. Microsoft really should have tried to adapt the Zune HD to be phone capable. That would be awesome.

@FLLMTR lucky you they just did u can use zune on the new windows phones such as the hd7 but yes i have a zune hd and i sometimes have trouble needing to keep my phone in one pocket and zune in the other
but i have managed to get no scratches on it at all its still as new as the day i bought it the day it came out.

The ipod touch had rumored features but it none of them were confirmed and the ipod touch STILL isn't available yet so why the hell would I compare a year old product to one that isn't even out?
I'm glad my zune hd won't have a .7 megapixel camera lol and I have plenty of games on my zune....once again think before you post..

@kasjamm The iPod touch has a HD LED screen and a HD camera + VGA camera for faceTime. 1Ghz processor + 200.000 apps + Gyroscope. So Zune HD is NOT better.

@Mapplefreeway The touch has a LCD bub, it's still not as powerfull graphically as the zune HD either. facetime is cool, but still isn't remotely new. The tech is not in any way new. it has 200k applications but many are trashy fart ones. It's still missing radio and HD movie playback, and the zunepass is an amazing deal you won't find on itunes
So no the ipod is not better it merely is catching up to the HD.

I get the highest quality music (320kbps in case u didnt know, which i doubt u did) and it has a Youtube video downloader, does the zune? how boring
i also have N64, PSX, GBA and SNES Emulators on it with hella games.
has a mic, HD camera on the back AND a facetime video camera on the front touch screen for video calls

Get a zune for sound quality and radio. Get a touch for apps and mainstreamness (wider choice of accessories and last.fm scrobbling support :D). Thats what it came down to for me. You get used to the crappy audio quality lol.

@thecreator10ify Zune HD wins if all you're interested is high quality multimedia functionality with a touch screen. If all you want to do on the device is play musics and the like, then the Zune wins. If you want free trial fart apps, go for the ipod.

@thecreator10ify you fail to see the point. Browsing with a touch screen is infinitely better then anything else. That is why I owned an iPod Touch (before it got stolen). If all someone cares about is viewing and playing the "big 3" of music, video, and photos, then the zune HD is a better choice. If you care about lame apps, then go for the iPod.
