bourjois, nivea, l'oreal, cheap brands have good quality and their cosmetics are in as great condition as expensive brands!money don't make the difference, if cosmetics are either cheap or expensive ,they are the same for our skin

I think it's how you apply the covergirl e/s.. They not that pigmented, so to get the intense look, you've got to apply more color to it..

I've tried them and it works as good as MAC e/s.. and you've gotta put primer/base...
