Dr. Yang Yang's Evidence-Based Taiji (TM) and Qigong Program

I studied with Dr. Yang this past summer (2008) in Winchester, Va. He is an excellent teacher with a strong interest and expertise in Taiji for health.

I have this video and have used it to study his short form. His silk reeling videos are also excellent but hard to find. Check out his web site to get them.

I strongly recommend Dr. Yang's teaching materials (book and DVDs - there are 4 in all) as well as his expertise in teaching and mastery of the art of tàijíquán.

This DVD is very interesting and Informative. It offers detailed and clearly explained principles, movements, background information and safety factors in teaching. The straightforward filming gives clear access to the instruction being offered, but there is also beauty and serenity in surroundings and filmshots that support the instruction. Highly useful to many people.
