If your going to make a video like this, can you please shorted the question time? I don't want to wait 5 seconds seeing a question being typed, its a better idea to just put the question on the screen right away.
ive bein unemplyed for years they offer no help im just an ordenery person i don,t have drug drink problems or issuies with arthority, i asked them to help me with a forklift licence but they will not help, lifes still going no where im still living off the tax payer, could all be so diffrent if they only helped me out, lost faith in the lot of it
You`ve got a nasty shock coming to you soon & you`re not going to like it.
The UK government is planning to make unemployed people do national service it could mean that you may be forced to join the army to fight the new wars that are coming in the future if you refuse it you`ll lose your benefits.
The government both Lab/Con wants to force unemployed people to work for there benefits which means if you can`t find a job you will be made to work for an employer who will pay you nothing
That means you will become a slave to the rich & the powerful Its all part of the New World Order (do as you are told or go to prison)
If you don`t believe me look it up yourself Alex Jones & many other have told us all the bad things that are going on in our governments.
In the UK unemployment benefits started in 1948 now The government trying to stop it by spreading proper gander about unemployed people saying they are lazy can`t be bothered to work & they are dishonest Well the government hasn`t been honest them self`s think of all the tax payers money being lent to the greedy banks. This Browns Labour government likes to reward the rich & persecute the poor there is only one way we can beat this if everyone gets together & fight this evil corrupt government
Fukinell its so depressin wen u hear some1s got a degree and even they cant find work im at college at moment studying an IT Level 3 course and im beginnin 2 think whats the fukin point
Lol got a Degree in Computer science with A Levels in Business and IT, plus I have experience...cant get a job and ive been applying like crazy - I'm not on job Seekers though, I'm a bit proud for that (May change when my money drys up) - Some advice, stay in school and learn for as LONG as you can possible.
Heroin affects different people in different ways. All the addicts you know or have seen may not want to go anywhere when out of it, but I assure you some people can walk miles....
Mickey i are sad, looking at your profile, 'ive had a bit of a chequered past' and all that crap, yeah so what you little wanker, you think you special you crack head, go and die
You looked at my "profile". And from one simple paragraph you have established that I am superior to the inferior likes of you. Who said a monkey couldn't learn new tricks?
i knew this idle cunt once, right spoilt bastard, 39 and he still lives at home on inherited wealth! didnt pay board and even manaed to claim benefits for a bad back for years!! its cunts like that on the dole i cant stand!
i know someone who has been on it for over 18 years now hes like i want to be a caveman hunt food , build my own house etc its the systems fault i cant and there the ones stoppin me making a living at living they should compensate me for why i cant be human and live off the land, strangely he gets like 180 a week in benifits , house payed for and drives 3 cars,,though i think he must have argued his case and made it a human right for himself heh
The Royal family-now I wish I had their dole, and I don't they even have to degrade themselves by visiting a job centre or having to sign on like a sex offender at the job centre every two weeks an be quizzed about did I have any sex during the past two weeks.
Many years ago I psychologically raped by a government agency. They made me psychologically disturbed and then told to go and die. I feel I am entitled to JSA for life-it's small compensation. Anyone who says I should get a job should go somewhere and die. Clean your own shit houses for £5.70 an hour your over paid c-unts.
I claim JSA. I don't feel that there is any stigma. When you go down there, the place is full of other people in the same position as you. The facilities are modern. Those on benefits (like me) get a good deal actually.
pendulumx- Im also on JSA and I agree completely we get a fair deal. Those who complain make us look bad but I do feel there is a stigma across society, not helped by the red top press and widespread ignorance on the subject. I do feel we often all get tarred with the same brush. Ive come across hate websites describing us all as 'chavs' 'lazy tax dodgers' the list goes on. It makes me cringe because I know I and many others on JSA are not like this. So the stigma comes from societal attitudes.
pendulumx- Im genuinely grateful for the financial aid im receiving but I don't think I should have to feel guilty about it. Provided people make significant attempts to get a job and play by the rules, and I for one do, there is nothing to be ashamed about with JSA.
What I don't get is that I am willing to work. I have taken cleaning jobs just to get by and now they tell me I am not allowe to work and sign on. So now I get up at 6am cycle to work on a two mile bike ride everyother day just for £40 per week, whereas I would get £60 per week doing nothing. The system, although it helps, is also grossly unfair and seems to me to be punishing people.
Being on the dole is tough; it really is. Especially right now. I've had to give up my job just because I am not allowed to work and get full JSA. I'm currently on £40 per week. I cannot afford clothes, I've had to borrow money form my neighbours, I've sold myself for sex in gay clubs and I have had to reduce my meals to one a day. It is tough!! And I hate fucking hate Nu Labour!!
Its reasurring to see im not alone with this. Ive been on JSA for quite a long time now and Chris is right; it is demoralising. I can't stand people who make it black and white; aka the 'just take any job that comes' sentiment. In a democracy people should have a choice to find whats right for them. Many people on JSA don't enjoy being on it precisely because of the stigma. Often those who criticise haven't experienced what unemployment feels like. This video has been useful, so thanks Chris.
i have two children and am married i have worked for 22 yrs solid now and have been self employed for 17 of those years. last year i had to hand over £24,000 in income tax then they charged me £11,600.00 following an investigation. Since the economy has collapsed and the building business has gone with it, I have signed on, three months later i still haven't received a penny, i have no savings my wife has found a job on the minimum wage to feed our children and this government don't give a shit
i feel for you but at least u worked and u earned enough cash that i will never see in my life but bit of advice dont lose hope and dont trust the goverment i am going away for 6weeks to be religious to god cos i feel my life god is playing with me and when i come back if nothing changes then i am going to be a atheist period!
were being run by the establishment in both world wars my family sacrificed their men,and now the country they lay down their lives for is being run like a farm for the rich, with the working man as their cash crop.Unless we take action the next generation will suffer. Tony Blairs son never fought in the war he agreed to fight,Prince Charles never fought any wars and yet has every medal of honor available. This is no longer a legitimate democracy.
hmmm very good point but that is the same thing i am religious to god and i do get the luxurys i want but my bro he dont believe in god and he get's luxury but what can we do life man it's is confuseing
I took 3 years to train as a decorater and struggled for almost 10 years getting work. my friend went to prison, trained as a plumber there and now earns thousands and i'm applying for kfc. life is a joke!
hahahaha hahahahahha i cant stop laughing i can relate too you i have done it, plastering, and so many skills and still on the dole i ask is life worth liveing
to anyone thats had a taste of minimum wages and dead end jobs, i don't blame anyone who fiddles the system. I have been off work due to illness. i have now tried to get back to work and applied for loads of jobs. i've had no response. jsa pays 92 pounds a week for me and my partner and thats getting us behind on bills. 19 days to get any money. 14 days until you sign and a further 5 days to clear through a bank.
This video makes me want to get up on my soap-box, I can totally understand where he's coming from!
I would not recommend university to anyone, I seem to think I have wasted 5 yrs at uni & college, only to be going round in circles trying to get a job, im right slap in the middle, im too qualified for crappy jobs & not enough experience for better paid jobs!
My advice to anyone is join the university of life, you'll learn more & get an apprenticeship!
