well chavo lifted rey with a reverse suplex, held it there and then dropped him head first to the mat (no rotations). I'm very sure its not an super elevated Emerald Frosion (Flowsion). A modified Emerald Flowsion is where the rotations come into play but chavo didn't rotate once. Simply put its an Inverted (answer to everything unique :P) Brainbuster
