the special edition box is the box art for the North American release (except the NA box has an ugly disclaimer on the bottom saying it can be played in 2d and 3d which kind of ruins it...)

Pre-orderers always get the game 1-2 days before launch. I even got my 3DS itself early.

My copy of zelda should arrive tomorrow
