@Fo0bar1 Not really. They all fade and leave deposits in the tubing, res, and waterblocks. I find cheap food dye from the grocery store lasts about as long (just not UV reactive). I've also used Tracerline UV dye, which does last a good while but still leaves a little scunge in the loop.
@CyberDruidtheModGod Oh thanks! Soo if one changes out coolant every couple of months then they will be fine right? I'm thinking of distilled+Primochill utopia and some dye bombs.
@Fo0bar1 Basically yes. I douche the loop with white vinegar and distilled (20% vinegar) for about 15 minutes. Just run the pump with the PC off (jumper PSU). That will dissolve the crud and residue. Flush with distilled at least twice afterward.
Hi! Thank you for the video! One question: "Can the swiftech 655 pump be placed in that position?Wouldnt that position harm the natural performance and health of the pump itself?"
I've been running the rig pretty much nonstop for the past 6 months and it's running fine. The impeller is magnetically driven and there are no parts to wear out that I know of so in short no there is no damage to the pump regardless of orientation.
How did you get that Green plastic casing for the Antec 900 cause I have the same case. And I would also like to know what type of liquid cooling system that is cause I would like to put one in the Antec 900 and yours looks very organized.
well say if they are off, do you just let it dry and fix the problem? or do you need to wipe the hardware down so no traces of it are still on the board?
In this case the water is good, everything is okay as long as it's sealed tight and you don't have any leakage. Also, he's probably using distilled water which isn't a very good conductor. Liquid cooling is supposed to be more efficient.
I'm working on my very first liquid cooled set up myself so seeing this was a joy, thank you. CyberDruidtheModGod, what did you use to attach the reservoir and pump to the outside of the case like that?
that is the cooooolest water reservoir I've EVER seen

In Terms of colour, one word comes to mind: Gaudy!
Otherwise it looks like a decent loop. :-)

Question: Do you know where to get dye's that can be shipped to New Zealand or in New Zeland for water cooling.
And make sure its a trustful web-site.
Cause I really don't want to be scammed.
Cheers.

i knew that already =P been considering a W/C setup already air cooling just isnt enough for me.
i was responding to a guy asking what would happen if it leaked on your hardware.
