Hi I stand on the raised bit at the side, then throw a conc at the back wall (opposite the one you need to get up), the turn an throw another at the other side. I then run to the first and jump then prime the 3rd conc but don't release. The first conc should blast you to the 2nd conc and if yo've time it right you will arrive there as this goes off which blasts you up half way to the ledge.
You then just have to release the already primed 3rd conc at the right time to blast you to the top!
Yes, long jump can be hh as scout, not as medic, which is what I usually play with.

Never really timed it but I'd immagine around 2 minutes. Its one of the easier conc maps - hence I can do it!! ;)
