Heh, not everyones, my dream is to make my own independent animations, there's just too much restriction/pressure in working for an animation studio, I need freedom for my projects.

I was wondering more how they came to be involved in it, what they did, who they worked with, etc.

@IAmNotHarriet Well sry, but your first comment doesn't exactly give that much insight on what you were trying to imply. And its pretty simple, they become involved in the internship by applying for it during the summer (summer is when most of the internships take place), with their own animation demo reels that they have already made in school, thats what they did to get involved. And the people they work with are Pixar animators that already work there full time.did that answer your question?
