i am the guy with the busa below and i want to say tha until the plane takes of with 360km/h and the stupid porche reaches the top speed i will be far far away ... i have 234 km/h on 400 meters i know because i run dragster races ... so there is no way to be beaten by airplane or car in that distance... the video showws a slow stock bike too bad

if this was a motogp bike, the car wouldnt even get a look in. at about the 1.40 mark the bike slowes down, significantly. the Zx10R is good for 300kph, and that car wasnt doing 360+ to catch the bike like it did. again almost stock bike vs worked car and the bike lead for a country mile. a motogp bike would have made both of them look stupid.

respect for the bike rider.. he competes with a jet w/ afterburners and a porsche w/ a turbo even when it's a stock. the bike relies only on its pure engine power.. he should have given a GSXR 1000 or a HAYABUSA which are proven to be much faster bikes than YAMAHA on a straight..

The bike is by far the cheapest. It has the best initial acceleration all the way into the midrange. If you've ever raced a jet starting from a traffic light; chances are you'll beat him to the next light.

I think that the car has more top speed than the bike, so he passed it. Although the bike clearly has way more acceleration. That's why bikes are much better than cars. Cars cost 5 times more are much slower, and if you want to improve them you gotta spend a fortune and you get minimal gain...

most airplanes have trouble getting up to 80 knots which is like 87-95 mph(dont know exactly) but afterwards it can shoot up to 230 in like less than 20 seconds(not all planes) and thats why runways are long ( also for landing)
