hi. this coin is deffinately an ottoman empire coin.the symbal on the front is the seal of the ottoman sultan.each sultan had their own distinct seal ( tughra) made for them.

I think this is a coin of the state of hydrabad in India. The calligraphy is called a Toghra. It is also present in old coins of Egypt.
