The feature of this car in this months Hot Rod impressed me, I think that there is nothing wrong with this. He is still keeping the Muscle car alive it just has a more interesting heart, this is along the same concept as the 86 Mustang with the RB26DETT motor in it from Fast and the Furious Tokyo Drift. Those of you who can't handle it just remember that means there is one more bow tie motor for you. I for one (Strong domestic guy) like it.

thanks for the kind words. i like different motors, it was just better way out for me financially to do ls1 versus bigger turbo/tune.

2jz is an awesome motor regardless. but different strokes for different folks.

we had rb26dett in one of our drift cars and it would make another awesome motor for it. IMHO rb26dett sounds better than 2jz. but that is because its nissan haha
