Even if you are both going right (left in the American case I guess) and coming from straight on, you both still go, as you go around the round about so wouldn't hit each other, as you would be at opposite sides of it. Roundabouts are simple man.

This has helped me alot I take my test in about a week, but in my state you're not allowed to drive in road test areas with a permit unless you are taking your road test.

I dont understand right of way. I know stop first go first, but what if 2 cars stop at the same time?

@korinakorinakorina if they both goes right or both goes left, then they can go at the same time, because they don't obstruct each other .. if one goes left and other goes right .. well then goes first the one who's turning right ...

@korinakorinakorina if they are opposite sides, it is whoever comes first, if directly at same time, look for hand signals of the other car, or let them go

@korinakorinakorina On the drivers manual it says that both can proceed with caution if they are not going the same direction and usually the person who accelerates the fastest proceeds first or eventually one driver will have to wave and let the other pass.

@korinakorinakorina If they are on opposite sides it doesn't really matter who goes first as long as no one is turning. If you are both going straight then you can both go at the same time and it wouldn't make a difference as long as neither of you are turning.

@korinakorinakorina Well...if you both are going straight then you don't have to worry about it unless they are turning. In this situation they should have their blinker on. The driver going straight has the right of way anyways. So hopefully that answered your question.
