I take echinacea and it has an amazing effect on me. Basically it makes my chronic fatigue go away and makes me concentrate better, plus I get less allergies/colds.
@Maloperverso I suggest vitamin C instead. Or orange juice. It has the same effect, is cheaper, has provable beneficial side effects and delivers exactly the same placebo effect as fyto nonsense does (as long as you believe).
