It easy to judge this song and our choir and how we did but by gosh, this was one of the hardest songs i've ever done and i think we did absolutely fantastic and i would LOVE to see another high school choir that could even compare! Proud :)
Wow I think this is an awesome performance. The best rendition from a high school choir on youtube by far. I dont think they are rushing, I think it was a creative choice by the conductor to vary the tempo in places, & I love how it came out. Its not the same interpretation that everyone elso does & I like that. Basses are phenomenal all throughout as well, Great job!
not a bad attempt, but you guys were rushing like mad... haha... and it's a bit too choppy too. there needs to be smooth lines for this song. good job for the male parts! female parts could be better though! :) but nonetheless, the soft and slow parts were pretty nice.

This is good, the basses are a bit scoopy in some parts, but overall well done:)

I commend this group and it's director. Thoroughly impressed. This is not a good group for a high school. It's great... period.

wow this is really enteresting to watch. we are singing this at my high school, and we do a lot more crescendos. but this does sound very good.

well when i think eric whitacre, "fast" doesn't come to mind.
Some of it's a bit flat but it has a nice bold sound.
there are some very strong entrances from the male section that is kind of overpowering. should be more flowy, in my opinion.
some individual vocalists stick out from time to time.
the ensemble as a whole sounds like it tends to go flat or maybe it's the recording.
very nice.
