geeez looks like factroy nice work m.o.d.m. how did the gearing work out ed i would think the 4 stroke would need to be geared down a little bit as the 2 stroke would be more torquey very nice work you all should be very proud what a great father son project
@Needmorehorsepower Thanks Scott! It was a lot of fun to do. The gearing is 3 to 1 and it feels pretty good. I may mess with it once I have all the bugs worked out.
nice job. i got my it175 going the other day also (video on my youtube ch) i have a spare frame and all the parts i am thinking of doing the same thing you did to my other bike.
Great Video.. I am Very Impressed with how it turned out.. I would have given up long ago.. Ummmm, don't worry about the front fender hitting the exhaust pipe.. It will eventually BURN away, then it won't hit anymore.. :-p
Thumbed up for first kick starting ,well hot dog isnt it nice when confusion and brain breaking turns out to look that professional and working like it came out of the store that way?
The stories alone are worth more than all the work you guys put into it ,great great job and great family picture ,really happy for you cause i know what your feeling : )
@FrankaDith Thanks Frank! We did have a good time doing this project together. I think we all learned some new stuff lol Thanks for all your great comments!

You may still want to add a fiber spacer between the carb and the the head. If you flog it enough you'll boil the gas in the carb...
