That is the same reason that they stuck with a V12 in the Aventador instead of goung down to a V10 or V8; because Ferruccio would roll in his grave if his flagship ran anything but a V12. Plus, the pure, unadulterated sound of a Lamborghini engine almost doesn't need a turbo. But it does make it fast....lol

This is why Mclaren, Gumpert, Noble, and Pagani incorporate them at moderate levels of power. It's becuz of marketing. If u want to keep selling cars in high production u must not to make a beast first!(btw 600 hp cars is already a beast XD).

First start with 500-600 hp then from year to year increase the power of engine otherwise it's hard to sell becuz of customers'demand.

Just an example: GTR R35, started from 485, then 500, now is about 530 hp exactly the same as Porsche 911)
