i belive vault 22 had 2 missions, one is to help those in it (like all the others) and this one ALSO was supposed to help with the re-vegitation of earth.

there is a mission with veronica and the brothers of steel where you have to download the data. If you already did download the data from an earlier mission(with the OSI people) how am are you supposed to get the data again? The Quest is still there, but I have no way to get the data, because it has been removed from the computer down in the vault.
