I saw Sammy in 1978 at Caesars. It was an incredible show. 8pm diner show. Everybody dressed to the nines. The golden age of Vegas. Dino was across the street, Danny Thomas at the Aladdin. Up and down the strip it was incredible. We would go every year for the entertainment. $28 with a prime rib dinner. It truly was historic and fabulous. God I miss those days. Viva Las Vegas.
