@EmperorXaozx Yeah - I had thought the Aparoids took over a person completely when they infected someone, and Pepper's picture in the game made it look like they had gotten to him. But he was still able to keep his mind, so maybe they were just in the ship? Or maybe they found a cure in the next game. I haven't played Starfox Command yet, but I read that Pepper's illness is open to interpretation - the player's never told why he's ill. Confusing, just a little. :)

@EmperorXaozx Same here, those were the only two I played, as well. But in Starfox Command (I think it's for the Wii), Peppy looks a lot older, so some time has passed. But the official storyline is that General Pepper promoted Peppy to General (even though Peppy made good on his decision to retire from Team Starfox) because Pepper was suffering from an illness. But the game doesn't give the nature of Pepper's illness, which is why I was so confused due to Pepper's Aparoid infection.

@EmperorXaozx Starfox Command is also supposed to have a whole bunch of different endings, many of which feature Crystal leaving the team. but you can get one where she and Fox get married and have a son. It sounds like a cool game, but I haven't played yet - I've also heard Command isn't supposed to be anywhere near as good as Assault and Starfox64. I just got done with Assault and was really impressed with the story. :)

I didn't get far enough into it to gauge the storyline, but it sounds crappy based on what you said. Especially when considering how awesome Starfox Assault is.

Yeah, especially if it happened during enterprise or the original series. The Aparoids might be able to take Voyager out on it's own, but the whole of Starfleet would win eventually.

The Borg can draw on the resources of nearly 1/8 of a galaxy, while the Aparoids have only 2 systems (that we have observed, the Lylat system and their home system, there could me many more).
