  • PS Do you have a problem with stamps - both rubber & clear - beading up the ink of the distress inks, and stamping out really beaded on the page & not looking good & solid like your *eeeek* does on that page? Mine never comes out that nice like yours did... is it because i haven't prepped the clear stamps well enough (eraser on the surface to get off that stickiness?)?? or is there something else I'm missing....

  • @ibkristykat

It's all in the stamp prep...your right! I just stamp it over and over on scrap paper until it looks good.

  • Awesome tag & great tip on the webbing! tfs :)

    us! Love the tag!!

  • @laurelhill1

Isn't it cool?!? Glad you liked it!

  • Yolie, it didn't work for me. :-( My heat tool messes it up every single time. I don't have that kind of heat tool. I'm really bummed. Just to let you know. Friday

  • @Tfriday77

Pull your heat gun further back. I've used the other type of heat gun too. Just give it short quick blasts and move the heat away more often. You will need something to hold down the webbing while you do it. Like maybe a wooden skewer or something. Don't give up...

  • @yoliebean Thanks Yolie, I will have to try that. thanks again. Hugs, Friday

  • I just saw this video and love the new techique you just taught me... thank you

(I wonder if CapriSun is aware of the free, shameless advertisement they get from your channel... You almost make me wish I had kids! I would let them drink tones of CapriSun!! he! he!)

    ~hugs~

    Nat.

  • @kimiandmaya

Hey Nat! Glad you enjoyed the spookiness! I will have to call Capri Sun and ask for some royalties!

  • This is awesome. Love Stitch Witchery, would have never thought of using it this way. Very clever. Walmart, Target & most $1 stores carry it & it comes in black on a roll. Also, the white SW comes like fabric by the yard on a bolt for larger sizes projects. Walmart & any fabric store have it.

  • @LoriHulstine

I forgot about it coming on a bolt. I bet the black would be cool!

  • wow, this is a great technique! TFS!!

    hugz,

    Steph

  • @smurphalla

Those were the good old days huh? lol There are way to many choices now a days. We need to repurpose everyday stuff!
