DeLoach and Weis soon left to form Rhinocerous..BTW,on "Gadda",Braun AKA Brann is playing Weis' "Sunburst" Guitar-Weis gave it to Braun asa present, and to keep the trademark sound within the band-it now rests, peacefully,at LA's Hard Rock Cafe,BTW!
Great tune!! BTW, if you want to know where the band photos were taken for the "Heavy" cover, just check the front cover photos of the first two Love albums, "Love" & "Da Capo". Won't take long to figure it out!!!
Love this song - saw them in 68 on a 4 way hit - they were impressive as heck - with a fire stream, leaving the stage in smoke with guitars up against the amps; reverb. They did Inagadadaveda before it was out. Seemed like kids. I was 19. Love this song - Thanks for remembering this album and posting it.
Excellent quality and clarity. Do you have more of Iron Butterfly's album or albums? If so, could you post them? So thankful for this music you've uploaded so as to share with the world. Peace
@abuelotejano I might get around to posting Metamorphosis, however my computer has been giving me trouble and because of that I can not make any guarantees.
amazing i used to listen to this in 1986-7 in new brunswick, nj while a rutgers student. album was stolen by my ex-girlfriend Missy Wink from midland park library in 1983-4.
Hey groovey..Thank you so much for posting this song. I first heard this in '69 when I was in the Service. It became a personal theme for me of things that were in the "World".
Haven't heard it since, so this does bring back many memories. Thanks Again
@Haku92292 used to smoke weed and drive around town in a volkswgen bug laughing our guts out and tripping to iron butterfly, cj and f electric music and vanilla fudge .
