Unlike the Quran the Bible is full of false prophesies just like this one: The book of Ezekiel Prophesies (in the 6th century BCE) that Ammonites will not be remembered any more. They continued to exist until the 2nd century CE. (And they are still remembered in the Bible.)

Jesus like Moses was an Israelite, Moses gave the old covenant, Jesus gave the new covenant, Mohamed gave nothing. Put into context Jesus is clearly referring to the people on earth, and what he says is very true. Jesus is the only person on earth who has ever been able to speak of heaven from personal experience.

Once he got to heaven he convinced Allah that 50 prayers per day was excessive, Allah agreed and changed it to 5!!! HAHAHA

This sets up for us the cycle of the WEEK, WHICH WE HAVE TO THIS DAY. Past cultures have tried to change the length of the week- but without success- it just doesn't work.
This is not to say God CEASED FROM CARING on the Sabbath- as JESUS, THE LORD OF THE SABBATH made clear when he healed the crippled woman- ' the Sabbath is made for Man for the Sabbath' (see Luke 13:10-17 and Mark 2:27)

It is true that MUCH later, (in Viking times)and Germanic languages the names of the days of the week came to be connected to Nordic gods. This continued, but lost all significance when Scandinavia learned about Christ.

The Bible has been subject to more scrutiny than any aother literature in history- and (I would contend) stands up better than any other ancient writing. It is supported by prophecy, miracles, secular historians of NT time, accounts by eyewitnesses of historic events (for which they are prepared to die) and above all the perfect life pattern of our Lord Jesus.

Well the Bible doesn't stand up well to criticism and neither does the Koran. So this shouldn't be a 'christianity' is better than Islam thing... 'Jainism' is a gentler and SAFER religion than both. It also stands up better against criticisms of violence than either of those two do.

The false Jesus of Christianity asserted that the end of the world was imminent and warned his disciples to be prepared. Then he told them to build a church from which to preach his message! If the end of the world was coming, why should he tell his friends to build a church? Most of his immediate followers returned to Judaism when it did not happen.

If the quran offers salvation to all, then why does your 'god' only understand prayers in Arabic? Additionaly, I think you are refering to Mt 10:6 in your post above. At the beginning of Jesus' ministry, he did indeed send his Apostles first to the Jews [cf. Gspl of Jn 4:22]. Salvation is OF the Jews, not only FOR the Jews.

Well, your Muhammadan prayers [salat?] must only be recited in the dialect of Arabic that hasn't been spoken in centuries.
Allah created nothing, God did. The Christ may have spoken Aramaic, Greek or Hebrew. Or all three, but as He is the Creator, we can pray in any language we like, so long as our prayers are not repetative and dishonest, like yours.

The exegesis on Isaiah 53 makes a few important points. Just to name a few: [1] a sin bearing servant would be despised and rejected, [2] bear our grief and inequities, [3] bear the sins of many and, [4] make intercession for the transgressors.

The Prophet Isaiah speaks of a chariot being pulled by donkeys and camels [21:7], so I guess the chariot is where Muhammad stands, and all of the asses and camels are his followers...? I duuno...you tell me...

I John 4:1-3 does say that a true teacher declares that Christ came in the flesh. John certainly was refering to the Christ of Scripture, not the 'christ' [little c] of the Quran, which rejects the covenant offer founded once and for all in the death and resurrection of Christ.

True, the devil tempted Adam and Eve- but only verbally (NO force). Their choice was the choice of free will, whether to eat of the tree or not- to obey the Devil or to obey God. They freely chose the Devil.

At the risk of becoming boring- there WAS NO DRAGON in the garden, or anything else that threatened the first humans with violence. Satan did nothing more than use lies and deceit to suggest the first humans ate of the tree of knowledge of good and evil.
God had already armed them with the truth- but pride and greed caused them (of their own free will) to choose the lie.

Most of the Bible is history book- and has far more evidence for it's accuracy than any other ancient writing - whatever criteria is used.
Secular historians of the time also refer to Jesus e.g. the crucifixion- Tacitus, Lucian, Josephus; the darkness over the whole land- Thallus, Phlegon and many more writing about the early Christians in general.

I said MUCH of the Bible is history. It is certainly not intended to be a science book and some is likely the poetic inspired expression of the truth of our creation. There were no human eyewitnesses to the creation so it cannot be history as we define it- just as the Quranic account of Jesus and the OT prophets CANNOT be history.
We know the Bible can be relied upon because (unlike the Quran) we have seen the fulfillment of 100's of OT prophecies.

Unlike the Quran the Bible is full of false prophesies just like this one: The book of Ezekiel Prophesies (in the 6th century BCE) that Ammonites will not be remembered any more. They continued to exist until the 2nd century CE. (And they are still remembered in the Bible.)

Ezekial 25:1-7 prophesies that Ammon will be 'cut off' and 'plundered' by the 'men from the East'.
This TRUE Prophet was refering to Arab invaders, and that is exactly what happened.
