  • i want it o_o

  • Just sent in an order. Cant wait to get this shit.

  • i thought agile were pushing it when they brought out the 9 string... but that was only a few months ago :O

  • it looks a beast but im worried for floppy-string-syndrome at the low end, 30 inch isnt that big, it would be better if it was 34" at the low end and 28" at the high end then your likely to have equal tensions and the "intonation" will be much improved if done the way i suggest. true temperament ands fan fret combined is the best option for this.

  • Nice to know that true bypass is the same as a killswitch or a rolled back volume pot. Might wanna pick someone who knows what the hell he's talking about the next time.

  • Low C# to High A..... nbd

  • mahogany...

  • True bypass = clean signal unaffected by the thing its running thru. NOT "it cuts the signal"

  • truss rodS.....

  • neck-through :O!

  • What are all the strings tuned to? i got confused when he said it had a low C#

  • yeah, either that guy is misinformed, or he's full of shit. it's impossible to get a high A string up to pitch on a 30 inch scale neck. mine's 24 and i barely was able to do it... so um yeah not sure what he's sayin there...

  • imagine what meshuggah could do with that monster. or tosin abasi

  • IMAGINE THE DJENT !!!

  • Remember back in the day when 6 strings were enough and standard tuning was heavy?

  • @patinhiselement it should still be enough for heavy shit, but these guitars are made for theory guitarists i guess.... or wankers who just like to take things over the top to get the heaviest chug note they can and keep chugging coz they dont know what to do with it :L

  • Probably the most epic guitar ive ever seen. definitely on my radar to buy, but im not digging the body shape, halo do custom though so they can probably rectify that but ima need a job L0L i would love to be the only guy on youtube who has videos on this xP

  • 10 strings sound wicked sick, but after getting one to the higher rated 8-strings, its the low string buzz that would worry me-seems like a longer scale would help, but thats why I'm goin one string up. A 9 string tuned in fourths seems like the perfectly maxed out guitar 2 me, but now I must have a 10-string arrrggggghhh!!

  • if i want that many strings ill play the harp :\

  • Dude a 27 fret 10 string guitar HOLY FUCK I WANT IT!

  • @Metalderrik769 ME TOOO!!!! :D

  • my goal is to get me one of those. i just need to save up $3,000 plus

  • I'd tune the high six to standard, and the low 4 to maybe an open minor chord or something.

  • Where the hell do you get strings for that? It's already hard enough to find quality 7 string packs...

  • I'm an open minded person and support 7 and 8 strings greatly, but god damn a 10 string? is it tuned G C F# B E A D G B E?

  • @FRr3AkOnALEaSh I'm definitely sure it's C#F#B EADGBE A. And those who can't see how this would be useful...clearly you play rock or metal. A classical, jazz or touchstyle guitarist would know what to do with one =p (I'm one, shit I'd love a 10 string)

  • Looks like Gene Simmons Punisher bass

  • yes.. and if i have to tune it??

  • How Much Cost that Guitar?????

  • @CannibalZombieKiller last i saw it was about $2500

  • The neck looks like a 2x4 when they zoom out lol

  • these guys do not honor thier guitar givaway- and 8 moths later they sent me a NAMN show floor model- that was tore up I traded it at guitar center- because it was such a piece of crap alls I got was a line 6 practice amp and a stand- but was glad to get rid of it.- dont buy a Halo- they suck- terrible electronics

  • If only I had 3,500 dollars!!!!

I would sprint my ass to wherever they made these and pay them in cash.

  • you could do a lot with that 10 string

  • In my opinion, this is just stupid.

I don't see any logic in this instrument.

  • @ChrisSoldato

Yeah, I'll just stick with a 6 string.

Some bands can make some amazing shit with 7 or even 8 string guitars (Meshuggah), but this is crazy haha.

  • @ZmetalmanZ Maybe if you guys watch someone like Michael Coppola play 7,8,9, and 10 string guitars...maybe ...just maybe ...that would put things in perspective for you about using range versus non range style instruments since they can be used very differently than an accompying style non range instrument versus full range like an 88 key piano wich can be breathtaking and just as heavy as any guitar.

  • looooooooooool MMKAAAYYY

go play it for me please

  • looks like a giant dildo

  • Thats just rediculous!!!!!!!!!!

  • says on their website you can have it at low A0 (bottom note of grand piano) so no high A above the high E on standard woot :D !

pretty much the beast of all guitars i know of, be nice with fan frets and temperment but yeah this is a def must have, lol no one youtube has 1 i waanna be the first xD

  • how many octaves is that? o.o

  • its like an orgasm with a volume knob!

  • soooooooooooooo do bands need bassist's anymore

  • @beenoopo no

  • wtf?

  • no way! you can play trees now?! awsome!

  • ...as if 8 strings weren't enough...still cool though

  • like hell expensive.. he got the fact wrong that tuning goes to low A not C# because then ud have the top string as a crappy A 440 hz which is ugly high.. the tuning of this is the lowest A 27.5 like you find on 5string bass (also bottom note on piano, the awesome note) so like this ADGB eadgbe

  • $3,000

  • Ferocious.

  • so its an electric chapman's stick!!

  • dude, the chapman stick is electric...

  • ok so i went to the halo website, after cusomizing it and shit, the final price would be well over 10K...ok wellllllll time to get famous so i can get it XD

  • i wanna see someone play it

  • yeah, using all 10 strings =p

  • @ZosoMetalWizard Yeah i'm incredibly curious hell well it stays in tune! ;)

  • @ZosoMetalWizard me too, for the lolz. The bridge would probably explode, the neck snap, frets shoot out like bullets and pickups and bad wiring generate it's own hyper magnetic field, imploding on themselves like miniture black holes.

  • holy mother of god....lmao that thing is a beast hahahaha. i gotta fuckin buy one just for shits an giggles

  • @NYYscorpio

You could tune it from C#F#BEADGBEA to BEBEADGBEA FOR barr chords; that what I would do!

  • I really don't know how you would ever properly put that beast to use, unless you have 3 hands and 6 or 7 fingers on each hand.

  • That would be cool to buy if i had the extra money

  • On the Halo website it says its tuned low A to high F

  • must have been a mistake can't be...

  • @mattpocock I was just gonna say that. they probably realized that unless they used custom strings the strings would break too easy

  • how do u tune this????????

  • he says low C# to high A, so it's a seven string with 2 lower strings and one higher string. that is insane though, being that it can go lower than a standard tuned bass...

  • he told the strings , you would use a chormatic tuner.

  • with wikipedia hahah

  • way to much strings

  • Do you have to take the bridge off to change strings or have they remembered to put in the ferrules this time?

  • truly is an innovation in stringed instruments but maybe its a little too over the top
