Why on the first Metra train was the F40 on that end and turned the "wrong way"? The cabcar should be leading into union station. Very nice catches

That train is for the Heritage Corridor to Joliet, and those trains are serviced at Western Ave. Yard.

Did I just see a train come in on the same track just after the first one departed? This almost looks like the ultimate commuter railfanning spot. The way trains were running in this video resembled rapid transit more than commuter rail. 5 stars and favorite.
