Sorry to say but...this isn't a glitch! See he is running home or somewhere and ur in the mode where you put buildings down which makes everyone stop moving. Or maybe I'm wrong.

That is a weird glitch, he must be trying to some exercise. I found a glitch on the Stage 2 it was a lady all night every night she would walk to the Daycare Centre then back to he house. I thought she was the robber!
