"they" are not THEM. THEY are manulipated, mind-controlled zombies sent out to enforce the REAL agenda that was made to stop the real owners of the planet--the PEOPLE, and when the people realise that they have the power in numbers--that's when the change will take effect. There's not enough resistance. Not as much as it's gonna take to eradicate the falsely perceived law enforcers.
