wow that is incredible. I went through Novosibirsk 2 summers ago when i went through Russia - China to Munich. It looked to be like quite the city from what i saw from the train. I think in the West here most believe Novosibirsk represents the heartland of Russia. It has quite a mysterious appeal.
YEAH! Akademgorodok is really cool, I was born here and live here. Actually I don't like the main city, because it's too big, I don't like big cities )) My grandfather was amongst founders of Akademgorodok, and that's pretty cool *YAHOO*
