Is it true his name is Richard Hewiitt? Some dudes at a gun forum have his address, photos of his wife with a black dog and young kid, and the whereabouts and daily routine of his entire family. Real talk... kind of creepy, do they hate him cause he's bisexual? Weird..
Why use simulated cover if, while reloading or clearing malfunctions, you don't bother to pull back and not expose yourself with the same hole you were shooting through?
Video stopped on me GRRRRR. Anyhow I appreciate the work involved in making these vid's. We run and gun about 80% of training. Using sniper rifles and or ,depending on what devious ideas I come up with, our M-4's. I dont know alot about .22's are jams common?I am considering buy a .22 for my own practice, here at home.
Jams are fairly common with rimfire (definitely more than centerfire) due to mainly to the ammunition. Rimfire guns seem to be much pickier with different types/brands of ammo, but it creates a great training scenario for clearing jams. My .22 beretta had maybe 15 FTF's in a box of 550 rounds of cheap Federal ammo.
wow that was a lot of jams with the sig :/ good thing i got a glock :P *sarcasm* but yet after almost 5 thousand rounds not 1 single jam* in my gen 4 17. (*the only jams it has gotten were actual jams that where meant to be. shooting without a mag(50/50 for me ) and realy realy schrimp wristing it)Knock on wood.
Always enjoy watching your run and guns. It gives me ideas for shooting drills and getting the heart rate up at the same time. Though they are targets, it still gives you an idea of what to expect when your heart is pumping and you have to find that sight picture. Thanks. Have fun and Shoot straight.
man i just walked into my apartment to notice it had been broken into. Fortunately i (civilian) carry a glock 22, thanks to nutnfancys reviews and encouragement, and was able to search the rooms safely and confidently before the police showed up (only because i entered the apartment before noticing the break in).I may be a victim of burglary now, but i be damned if ill be a victim of face to face illicit actions. God bless the 2nd amendment
@131rocketman Depending on your state, you may be allowed to shoot somebody to defend your property, or your house assuming you aren't there. Might want to check into that before "clearing" any rooms.
@silvermediastudio no i dont need to check into that before "clearing" any of my rooms. im a criminal justice major in this state so i know that this certain state has the "stand your own ground" and "castle doctrine." i couldnt shot someone to defend my property, but i do have every right to protect myself and those around me, which is what i was doing.

@PaperTutorialKid geez dude, the glock is a 9mm and the usp is .45 so it realy hard to compare the two, apples and oranges, Personaly i perfer Glock, but thats what i have trained and used as my sidearm, check out a YTer called Partriot36, he has just done a shoot out with a bunch of .45 caliber pistols, it might help
@PaperTutorialKid both have a knack of running well dirty and dry (not suggesting you dont use lube), so both are extremely good guns, the glock is cheaper, the HK45's design was based off of the USP so you may want to contrast and compare with that too. as far as caliber choice you will have to weigh the pro's and con's of that yourself

@PaperTutorialKid glock deffo in my mind.i jsut dont like the feel of the hk's and that fugly magrelease button :( and i my mind a terrible high bore ratio to the hand...
@EwFreDDe thats my one bitch about sig's and HK's.....the bore axis is WAY high. I'd like M&Ps but their trigger is poop. I'll keep rockin my 1911 till they come up with something better ;)

He wrote a comment, and it didn't post (awaiting approval), then immediately he wrote another comment, and in the second comment he got angry, and then he followed that one up with another comment in which he was RAGING...lol Now he's trolling different videos on Nutn's channel and mine too. What a dumbass. :D
@Verilioness LOL! oh wow.. that just shows his maturity level (bugger all) ahha, Again soz about the language and as i say having to deal with this sort crap daily. Thank you for "cleaning up" Veri, =[], TNP is so lucky to have you.
@Verilioness Hi! I love watching TNP and it has been a great educational tool and data point for me. I was wondering what handgun Nutnfancy was shooting at the AT Rimfire Dueling Tree. Was that a SiG Mosquito or a P226 .22LR conversion? Thanks and keep up the fantastic work! =)
Nutn or veri, what type of glasses is nutn wearing in this vid? I've noticed them in quite a few of his vids, mainly the LETC ones and would like to know more about them.
There's so much room out there to set up these great courses. I still need to pick up one of those trees. Thanks for posting, always fun to watch you guys.
Not to be picky (just a tip) but you should never place the barrel directly on your support when firing. The support will smack the barrel during it's natural deflection and vibration and throw your shots off. Maybe not so much with a .22 but I know from experience, at 100 yards with .22-250 handloads it will open my group from ~1'' or less to ~6'' or more.
Thanks for the supplemental footage Veri! It is obvious that nutn has been perhaps a bit swamped for some time. No doubt he appreciates you picking up some of the slack to keep the hyenas (viewers) at bay with a little scrap or two. We just don't have any patience.
@PinellasPatriot Hey Pinellas, thanks for the support. This is actually me posting some extra footage through Veri's account. This is called "Basic Edit" or B-Edit footage and it's easier for me to put together. I will do more if it gets views. I got lots of B-Edit stuff! I do this mainly as a thanks to Veri's supporters ;-) -Nutnfancy
@nutnfancy Whoops, my mistake. Good to see this stuff though. On another note, I really like your KC-135 footage. A family member has flown F16s for years and has described the refueling process with no small amount of respect (of the "about to shit my pants" variety). I really enjoy seeing footage of that. Who knows, maybe the two of you have had some professional encounters in the not-so-friendly skies. =P
@nutnfancy Well I like it! Maybe you should make a note on Twitter, as well as on your channel page (like where you link to Veri's page) to announce that there are a couple of videos on her page too. That way people who don't subscribe or visit her channel would be aware of them.
VERI INTERESTING! Thanks for posting this video. Curious if that is SIG Mosquito and if so just fyi mine was Veri fickle early on. It would only cycle CCI Mini-Mags. After couple 1000 rounds now, it can feed Federal bulk and Remington bulk HP.... with Veri few if ay FTF/FTE etc.
@luke812 That's a Sig 226 LR, full size. The jams are almost always failures to go into battery. I was shooting CCIs here too. Would like to experiment with the spring and maybe polish the slide rails for more smoothness.
running the mp15-22 awesome nutn as usual great video and 2 mishaps with the mp15-22 is not bad considering its a 22 but ive been debating weather to get one but i think my mind is pretty well made up im getting one thanks nutn for helping me with this dilema lol
Very cool, get to see some of the huge amount of work that goes into marking a run and gun vid, let alone just doing a run and gun, Thank you Veri for sharing this "backstage" view on the making of a Nutn vid.
