@h2oRikki2 The ideal age I believe is about 10-12 years old, so you can just start ;)

@h2oRikki2 Well, the earlier you start, the better of course (as in any sport), but many gymnasts start their training at about 10-12 years old. However, Alina Kabaeva started when she was 3 ;P

@h2oRikki2 some good advice, do over spits EVERYday to gain flexibility and also train with ankle weights.

@guiy16 You can say that about every russian gymnast. Kapranova, Kanaeva, etc. Alina deserved many of her high scores after 2001 because she used elements she was good inn, such as using her back flex. rhythmic isn't just about being elegant and graceful, it's about showing different personalities and Kabaeva separated herself from the rest.

Qui comprend ce mec? J'arrive pas à croire qu'il ait revisé le COP, il n'arrete jamais de parler, même pendant des performances, et aprés une très très bonne routine de massues, il dit que "le jugement est humain"...

Her score for the ribbon was 17.550 and her final score was 69.150. She landed silver and Vera Sessina got gold.
