For textures, r_picmip. The highest quality is -10. I suggest -3 as you see diminishing returns past that.

mp_usehwmmodels/mp_usehwmvcds unlock higher (beyond Very High) quality player models and facial anims

cl_new_impact_effects 1 This give the nice sparks

And r_lod 0 turns off LoD scaling
