@SunSetScamp u have to get a sun ribbon and get riolu's IQ to 1 1/2 stars. I just got mine and it took a long time to feed it many gummies. gold ones are the best though. the sun ribbon is hard to get in-game, so u can go online and generate a wondermail code for the sun ribbon. thats how i did it. hope this helps!
