yeah and it'll be sad in about an hour when he's looking for a quata to get somfin to eat, and then that quarter turns into whiskey. If most of these people (not all most) would turn their panhandling energies into finding a job, they wouldn't be in the predicament. I work around many just like it daily, 9 out of 10 are smart enough, but just to freakin lazy to get off their ass and work. Living life drunk on the streets is their preferred way of life.
