I can't figure out why I can't change the size of my images ?

I couldnt get the outline around the heart to work.

it says " could not stroke the selection because the affected area is empty or does not overlap the canvas" i have no clue what to do. please email me :) thanks madoo10@charter.net

i was wondering if you can do some more tutorials on making these images. you put the hearts on and letters but is there a way to take a image from a page and put that image on the background image. and is there a way to change up color on images not just the letters and the hearts. can you help and show me. thanks kim

I'm trying to make the bottle cap images for my jr bridesmaids.. Yes I know I could just buy them but I would like to find out where to find all the cool images so that I can make them myself. I was just wondering where you get yours?
