  • Well, I watched it, and from the 2 minutes and then some i watched most of the climb ups were edited out after you got into the cat leap XD. Also besides Climbups you should (like all of us) work on your balance and comfort on rails cuz you looked sorta akward! Well man keep it up and i Hope to post a video of my own! So ill see ya later man!

    balance on rails yeah i gotten way better at those and on that bench i was just scared of falling, check out my newest video

  • practice pull ups and muscle ups on bars to improve those climb ups, it's not good for you or fast to use your knees and forearms, but practice makes perfect if you do it right =]

  • So, the practice is what is meh and a fair amount of it has flaws. Remember practice doesn't makes perfect, it makes permanent

  • no it doesnt it makes PERFECT cause i always end up fixing it or someone tells me 2 YIP YIP :]

  • well if you want flaws in your moves then fine, but you really need 2 look at some of those things, esp. the roll and ur climbing

  • Practice for this skill the basics i got down this is just more COMPLEX stuff that i didnt work on when i began parkour

  • okokok... u need LOTS of practice... you should learn what needs to be slowed down because when everything is slowed down then it makes the whole thing break down. watch my vid and rate it to understand what i mean. be creative.

  • ITS TRAINING FIRST OFF, the only training i need is my wall climbing thats it im just really rusty right now since i havent been doing much parkour this is just the only footage i had 2 work with IM A LOT BETTER BELIEVE ME
