I don't think so. All it's gonna do is make the pro-choicers cite this shooting to condemn us as violent radicals and perhaps incite more violence.

Not only that, as far as I know what George Tiller was doing is illegal. He should hae been arrested and tried in court. What Scott Roeder did was an act of vigilanteism.
