What are the guys doing these days musically? I remember when I first saw Sick of Change back in 2000, the lead singer gave me their cd for free. I wasn't short on money or implied it in any way.. He gave it to me and was like 'the message is more important than money.' I'll always remember that.
Shattered LIves!!!!!! Man they don't make REAL Christian music like this anymore this was one of the bands that turned the christain punk scene around. There was also HangNail, Ace Trouble Shooter, Value Pac, Dog Wood(Building A Better Me) Aeverage Joe Aspiring, Two Timer, and Craigs Brother. I am tying to put those bands up on my home page for those who have never heard them or for those who miss them. I have a few up but give me time and I'll get them up. Take care and God Bless
You left off two pivotal bands of the 90's era of Christian punk. MxPx, whom was the first Christian punk band to get exposure on MTV, and Slick Shoes, a pioneer of skate punk.
@Rawk4Life , well I left them out because i thought that was a given, i put up i think all the Slick Shoes cd's on my page and I put up The Ever Passing Moment from MxPx. But your right because those were the first two christian bands I had even before I was a christian and the third was Value Pac and the fourth was Craigs Brother.
When I was in high school I used to watch some of these band on G-Rock (TBN) They opened my eyes to a new scene.
Even though I like most of the bands you mentioned, I prefer mostly bands like Roadside Monument, Common Children, Empty Tomb, Blenderhead, Ninety Poun Wuss, Crux, Starflyer 59, Pedro The Lion nowadays.
Specially Roadside Monuments is one of my most favourite bands.
@syunusk ,Yeah that's where I heard alot of these bands from aswell. My style is more on the Pop Punk and Melodic Hardcore side aswell as old (real) emo
just bad
