Is North Miami, FL nicer because I like the fact that is off of Miami and is divers and that it does not have that many people even that my area is much bigger but I could take the much of a bit smaller population but would that be less traffic?
Thanks for the comment. I think ALL Dade county is a mess. Would like NO population growth. People do not understand what over population is doing to us.

Is things there costs allot of money like food and clothing. God I want to live somewhere very near Miami. Like Coral Gables or North Miami. I want to leave my Yankee city LOL....
I just figure we are about the same all over. But home sales is #1 (tied) for loswest price. But we are awfully crowded. Too many people, not enough water, bad roads and awful traffic.
