How is a state law that mirrors the federal law any more enforceable? What steps would be taken to enforce another ban on possession of firearms by domestic abusers?

Sarcone fashioned his, "anti gay marriage" legal argument, so as to prevent his office from being able to pursue the matter further....i.e. to the U.S. Supreme Court, which I am quite certain would NOT have okayed the gay marriage thing, as the homosexually-dominated IOWA Supreme Court.

What's even sicker, is that both Concannon, AND Sarcone are homosexuals...and yet, Sarcone, publicly fought AGAINST gay marriage. Sarcone did this to hide his own perverted life style. AND, what's worse, when he filed the case against the gay marriage supporters, this put it in the hands of the Iowa Supreme Court....right? And we all know they sided with their fellow homosexuals.

Do your research on this Tom Miller....he is a very corrupt individual.  He is part of the homosexual underground next work which is so prevalent in Des Moines, Iowa. It is absolutely disgusting what he did to that child around the Christmas holiday in 2006.
