any tips on how to back flexibility back?im a 2nd dan in tkd but i havent trained in 5 years and lost about 65% of my flexibility can i get it back or is it gone for good i was 24 when i stoped training im 29 now so i wonder if im too old to get it back to the way i was i had the full splits and straddles
take your time and you will regain your flexibility.
your muscles and tendons have a memory mechanism which means its far easier to regain lost strength and flexibility than it i was to achieve it in the first place.
So... is Dr. F saying that you must bring the thumb across and the pinky towards thumb, sort of curling the fist? Unlike the other fingers, these muscles are located inside the hand so they would make a smaller fist which might be good.
