  • I know why they cut it out. That's heavy stuff

  • It's horrifying to look at

  • Sad

  • All these deleted scenes are like a minute to two long. The movies already 4 hours why don't they add the few extra 10 minutes?

  • What made it sadder was that no one unlocked the gates. :/

  • I'm crying when I see this.. :'(

  • poor Cora :(

  • Cora is the little friend of Jack remembre when Jack danced with her in third class!

  • :(

  • @Mrbeanlovesex shut the fuck up god get your facts straight watch the fucking movie again go

  • @vanessaToledo101 you too can get your head out of leo arss and understand the picture carefully instead of falling for leo in every stupidity he does which makes its ok for any desperate crashers. face it hes gone seriously ugly im pretty sure Cora wouldn't dance with him again.

  • omg and I cried when Jack died. Cora noooo!

  • Well that was....depressing

  • i like Cora & i hate jack for leaving her in the dance floor i'm glad he's dead it would have been better it Cora punch his light out it would have been less painful death from what he experienced.

  • @MrBeanLovesSex hey you need to shut up he is cool and he did not leave her he went to get rose so shut the hell up and you need to watch again smart one

  • @briannalover54 yes he goes to Rose leaving the poor little girl standing sadly alone, with the watery big eyes thats what you call a horny goat. he obviously knew he was going to get sex out of rose. some mens would care for sex and some mens don't because they have hearts which pervert jack didn't horny bastard. if you face the truth then you'll understand where im coming from, get you head out of leo arss and look at the picture carefully.

  • As the mother of a young girl, just watching this brief clip has tears in my eyes. If anything happened to my daughter, I'd die. I'm glad they left this scene out because the tragedy of the Titanic was fully understood with what happened in the rest of the film, and I think seeing a child panic, unlike the Irish children in bed, would have distracted too many parents for the rest of the film. We know she died by seeing her in the last scene and by her doll's face in the sand at the beginning.

  • @AriaStar your weak......

  • @2hoodz I am a mother who knows how to spell. "Your" implies ownership. "You're" is a contraction of "you are" and is the one you meant. Regardless, as a mother, the thought of a child drowning is a very difficult thing, even more so when the reason a child dies is due to not bring from a wealthy family.

  • I'm actually happy they did not include this scene. It's so tough watching children die like that.

  • @TheNewEmphinix but its reality, sadly...

  • you're still my best girl Cora!

  • It wasnt deleted on my disc..

  • WHO IS CORA?>

  • @adzii1 The girl that was dancing with Jack at the 3rd class party ! x

  • @RoseDawsonTitanic Oh, okay, thanks.

  • @RoseDawsonTitanic Cora death was so wrong they should have shown her and her parents climbing on the stern of the ship with Jack and Rose and the rest of the Passangers.

  • @makosharkman Could have, but the rarity is that many children died. What happened on the Titanic was a tragedy, and many people died. This movie wasn't made to be a feel-good movie. It was made to show the tragedy that it was.

  • @AriaStar well they could found away to have maid it more tragic.

  • @RoseDawsonTitanic that makes it sadder

  • @adzii1 it is a little girl that jack is friends with ps i was watchinfg a deleted scene and she called him uncle jack but jack has no family as he claimed in the beggining of the movie

  • Wish they would have kept this in. Reality can be harsh, but must be told to truly understand.

  • I don't get it? it didn't actually show her death it just showed her ALMOST dieing.

  • @jimmygirlxx Well... Yes but she couldn't escape... It's kinda her death scene. And sorry but my english is not perfect so yeah. x

  • @jimmygirlxx I dont think that she could survive that, how would she get out? The gate was locket.

  • @jimmygirlxx She died, the ending scene showed everyone that died on that night and you can see Cora waving at Rose... it's a very harsh scene, but sadly, it's reality..

  • @jimmygirlxx You don't understand how this is her death? Really? You think that she suddenly escaped? No, she's dead. Her life was at an end there.

  • @jimmygirlxx It is obvious she will die.

  • @jimmygirlxx 10 secs later she die duh

  • Wow. For once I'm actually glad they left a scene out. This is just vile.

  • Just horrible watching a child die like that

  • Jesus christ that bothered me..

  • omg that was a strong scene

  • Deleted scenes are coming very soon... !!

Sorry, I'm very busy but I'm in holiday on friday so... It's coming very very soon, I promise <3 !

  • its hard and emotional enough when i saw the movie imagine if they added this scene OMG, i wouldve ended up crying more than i already was. This was a fate that shouldnt have been brought upon Cora.

  • i just noticed this was the little girl who danced with jack after watching it a lot of times cause of the comments here.

  • no i remember she called jack uncle jack

  • It's so sad that she died

  • You can never watcha child die in a movie!

  • Your still my best girl Cora

  • Noo ! that's so sad . I loved Cora . Its terrible to see that that's how some people died on the ship . Because no one unlocked the gates . And its also terrible to know , that almost everyone from the third class died , especially the children . </3

  • This was truly hard to see. I wish they had included it in the movie though this way it would be a bit more realistic and sad!

Thanks for uploading this. I love the Titanic!

  • The only other movie I can think of off hand when a kid dies is the little boy that dies in 'The Blob' 1988.

  • Well god damnit I swear I have seen several movies where the everybody dies, the little kid dies........or becomes a zombie(I forgot the name of the movie but there are zombies in a prison and at the end only a chick is alive but then she gets sniped by a army dude.

  • no cora! :(

  • They should include this scene. It would have made the film even more sad... and is it that what titanic is all about? saddnes, reality

  • Comment removed

  • The scene was actually called "Cora's Fate" not "Cora's Death". Not trying to sound mean or anything, I am just saying. :)

  • CORAAAA!!!!!!!! NO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • i always thought rose was dreaming at the end. it would be wierd if she was fine and doing pottery at the beginning of the film and then all of a sudden, she dies after telling the story. but if she did die, im happy she got reunited with jack

  • @kitty1katty123

I always thought her dying made the most sense. For almost her entire life she kept these memories inside her, telling no one, and now that she has finally told her story, she has made amends with herself in a way, she's finally free of her past, and is ready to move on (moving on being death) I feel that telling the story was the one thing she needed to do before she was truly free.

  • It's hard to tell whether it is Cora, with all the water rushing around and everything. If it didn't actually say Cora's death then I would have assumed it was the Allison family and the girl was Lorraine. Just because she was known to have gone down with the ship with her parents and that would explain who the woman was. Though not quite why they were in what looks like third class corridors not first.

  • @EverChangingShadow It is the character Cora and her parents that die. Lorraine Allison was only two years old when she died on the ship with her parents, the only non-third class child to perish in the disaster. 52 third-class children lost their lives with Titanic, although 57 first-class adult males survived. Awful.

  • @RoonJazz ah right. I should get my history straight. I knew Lorriane was the only first class child to die, plus the rumours of why her and her parents remained on the ship while baby Trevor didn't, but I thought Lorraine was bit older. And you're right it's awful how so many lives get valued on amount of money. I don't think anyone deserves to die whatever they've done or whatever they do or don't have. Every life is precious. But they just didn't see it that way then. Many still don't now.

  • Cameron left the decision

  • Cora was still his best girl.

  • C-CORA DIED...she was my favorite character after Jack...she was just so cute!

  • @Firegirl6464Pro even though you only saw her for like 5 seconds!

  • i'm definitely gonna watch in 3D

  • It's always hard for people to watch a young child die in a movie. Even making a scene of a child dying is like a taboo. It was easy enough to assume what happened to Cora, her being a 3rd class passenger and all, but before this scene I was still keeping hope alive that maybe she survived somewhere. There were 3rd class citizens, though not many, on deck and in life boats.

  • @JMBInuYasha We know that Cora died because we see her wave to Rose at the end of the film.

  • @antjagger95 At the end Rose could be sleeping or something else. So I assumed she was dreaming. That scene didn't neccessarily mean all those people were dead, at least that's what I thought.

  • @JMBInuYasha That scene at the end is after Rose's death. Rose dies as an old lady the way Jack said she would, and then her afterlife is on the Titanic surronded by everyone else that died there.

  • @antjagger95 Cameron left the decision up to the audience. Whether Rose is sleeping or dead is a matter of opinion, and that scene can be interpreted both ways. I've always thought she was sleeping and dreaming. Wonderful ending either way its looked at.

  • @JMBInuYasha Yeah, I read a book on Titanic that discribed the ending as being Rose's heaven. But it don't matter, great end to a film.

  • @JMBInuYasha i think you are the only human being who did not think she died.

  • @lexigirl1228 Rose or Cora? I already gave my reasons why I thought might have lived, and if I'm really the only one out of billions of people, that's something o.O

  • @JMBInuYasha rose yes that is something. that means you have a creative mind... or you're a weirdo.

  • @lexigirl1228 That a compliment or insult? lol Anyway, I may have been the only one to think Cora might've still been alive, until I saw this scene, because some from 3rd class did get to the lifeboats. I was hoping she made it. However, I'm definitely not the only person to think Rose was still alive at the end and just dreaming.

  • @JMBInuYasha no its a compliment lol i envy those that can think outside the box :]

  • I'm glad they didn't keep this scene in the movie..it was hard enough to watch it here!

  • @skylilly1 I know. god i got choked up.

  • @skylilly1 i second that

  • R.I.P Cora and all other victims

  • @blackeagle988 u know these characters are real? They actual victims Like Cora. RIP. Never will be forgotten

  • @missandcourt64 these are just actors, they are real, but they didn't really die.

  • I personally wanted them to put this scene in da movie cause da last time I saw her she was going to sleep while the ship was freakin sinking

  • OMG, NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!! =''(

  • qué bueno que no incluyeron esta escena....hubiera sido demasiado triste e impresionante.

  • okk

  • Probably best they didn't include this scene.

  • they are not dead it is not a real movie they are avlive he is avlie so is kate winslet and he is 30

  • @isabellpeach The story of this movie is real.

But the actors are still alive of course :)

  • so sad

  • At least her and uncle jack are together in heaven

  • They should have left this in the film.

  • cora was jacks little sis,

  • @iluvleodicaprio1 Thats not true...

  • @iluvleodicaprio1 Wasn't it he's niece? In a deleted scene her dad says "Say bye to uncle Jack".

  • This scene is so upsetting :'(

  • @7xXxXS she is so talented!

  • Titanic is sad enough with Jack dying. This would make it so much sad...

  • is it just me or does this scene remind me of the Allison family?

  • My friend played the little irish boy that says "What are we doing mommy?"

  • AWWW U SODDY

  • i believe the only child in first class to die was the one which belonged to mr and mrs Allison who's baby boy was taken to a life boat by the nanny, but she failed to inform them she had taken him. so they refused to leave the boat until they found him. but as you know, they never found him and them and their daughter went down with the ship.

  • Why, James Cameron, did Cora have to die!?!?

  • Ah poor Cora what a cutie she was

  • A bunch of third-class children died, one first-class. But if memory serves, every second-class child actually survived... Interesting thought, isn't it? I'll check Wikipedia.

  • @7xXxXSOPHIExXxX7 Wow, cool <3 !

  • @7xXxXSOPHIExXxX7 Really ?! :D ! OMG ! That's so amazing ! :DDDD

  • In Panama City Beach they have a place that has Titanic information. They have a place where you can put your hand into the water that's the same temperature the water was when the Titanic went down. I could barely keep my hand in there for more than ten seconds. I can't imagine what a horrible death that would be. This scene is so sad, I wish there weren't real deaths on the Titanic just like it. :/

  • @Princ3ss3mily Do you know what temperture the water was? :D

  • @audunsdottir1 outside temp around 33F water temp 28F.

  • @citizensbandman Thanks :D

  • @audunsdottir1 Yep the other person is right, the water was 28F!

  • @Princ3ss3mily thanks :D

  • @Princ3ss3mily how cold it was in centigrades?

  • I prefer thinking of Cora as the sweet little angel, dancing around in heaven - not like this. Not like a frightened, dying, poor little child.

  • Jack: You're still my best girl, Cora.

Jack, you lying sack of shit. :(

  • Im so glad this scene was deleted, Its so sad :(

  • @FunPuff1998 FYI They locked in the third class in real life. They did it because there wasn't enough lifeboats for them and they wanted 2nd and 1st class first. There are some people that make me sick.

  • @SagerIgestar no, that's not why the gates were locked. the gates were most likely locked prior to the collision w/ the iceberg to keep the 3rd class passengers down in their little area, and that carried over into the sinking. a lot of the crew on the ship was also inexperienced (not to mention panicked and under tons of pressure) and also had really no idea what to do.

  • OMG am so glad that James Cameron cut this scene..

  • I am named after cora on the titanic.

  • OMG it so sad i started crying imagine being the parents having to watch your child die right in front of you! knowing she had her whole life ahed of her she looked only like 7 she could have been a doctor or vet or a teacher WHYYYY ITS SOO SAD I COULDNT WATCH IT RIP to every soul who dided that tragic night

  • who's cora?

  • @marshmallowthreat1 the little girl jack dances with do you remember he turns to her and says your still my best girl cora

  • @marshmallowthreat1 remember the party of the 3rth class? she was the little girl dancing with jack

  • @marshmallowthreat1 Cora was the girl Jack danced with in the movie and called his "best girl"

  • That was horrible! Cora <3

  • I just saw this for the first time and was only a little shaken.

  • uy

  • this is hard to whatch...

  • I only hit the diskike button cause this made me cry....

  • pobre cora!!!

  • nooooooooooo

  • im pretty sure Cora's cabin was on e deck

  • its about time first class gets wet

  • you know an adult has a life too. hello!

  • You can never show a child dying in a movie... its not a good look

  • @LadyJay114 Unless its historical. In "Schindler's List", Spielberg wanted to be accurate of the actual Holocaust, so they had to put child-killing in it to demonstrate the sadness and cruelty. But, yes, if it's fiction, it's definitely not a good look.

  • @LadyJay114 ? You haven't watched many movies because they've shown MUCH worse...truth is a lot of children in third class perished on that ship.

  • @LadyJay114 Actually, this doesn't show death. If You take a closer look, You will notice Cameron is very careful in showing death. From all 1500 victims, he only shows the exact moment of death 3 times. It's the electrified man and 2 men who jump off the ship. One of them bounces off the rudder, the other one smashes the water from 100 ft above.

If I forgot about someone, please fix me.

  • who is Cora lol?

  • @Klonkii

Cora was the little girl Jack danced with in that scene where he and Rose snuck down to the party in the lower deck.

  • I always cry when I hear the dad shout "Don't let her die" or "Don't let her die here" when he refers to Cora. Its so sad.

  • omg poor cora

  • I'm glad they didn't show this in the movie, it's just...terrible and sad...

  • fuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuck , first time i even THINK about this kid dying ....damn , im shocked

  • I couldnt even watch 5 seconds, god im ssooo sad now :(

  • Wait, so how did she die?

  • @iLoveeLifee1

Cora and her family drowned. It was an example of how children were subjected to the horror when Titanic sank. Most of the children in 3rd class perished and a good amount in middle class. Simply because the rich were first priority and the lifeboats weren't completely filled. In the original cut you see a mother (I'm not sure if Cora's in particular) tucking her children into bed knowing that they wouldn't get off the boat. The mother says a prayer and then you assume they die.

  • @danceblast15 actually none of the kids in second class dies. Third Class and First but for some reason second didn't die.... It's weird look it up

  • @danceblast15 no all the children in 2nd class were saved.

  • oh my god , i am so glad they deleted that, that was awful

  • Plus shes all screaming DADDY!! omg I think I would have lost my innocence watching that

  • @TheFunnyVirgin yep shes the one

  • this scene is very intense i'm glad they cut it :(
