@Charlesrocks _I honestly do hope you enjoy it... I find that it works well for me from an arms length away or 10 feet away... my eyes definitely respond at those distances and remember... don't look right into the lights... you'll know that you're too close if you look away and see blurred, faded, cloudy vision due to looking right into the lamp. We don't want that ;o) also the Ozone won't even be noticed (if only a little) if you use the lamp around 4 to 10 feet away. Enjoy :o)
@bomberfun1 ...I agree... it just feels different... its very intense! If I look at it, my eyes go blind and see colors, so I don't recommend looking at it, but looking either over it or at the bottom of it still allows the light to bath the face and stimulate the eyes without blinding... Also a great play to start our with less time per session and work up to more time over a week or at a pace that is good with yourself.

...well maybe a but of heat, but not much. How have you been doing with the light? Did it help?

I just got the same light and I feel warm when looking at it too even though the light emits no heat.
